Non-profit Association

The Universities of Applied Sciences are organized in a non-profit association as a platform for the exchange, the communication and information amongst its member universities. Furthermore, the association represents the interest of its members externally and thus advances the framework in politics, economics and in the society.

General Assembly

The main decision body of the association is the general assembly of the members with the presidents of the 17 public and 2 ecclesiastical Bavarian Universities for Applied Sciences. It convenes several times a year and decides on the strategic objectives of the association’s policy.

Administrative Office

The general assembly elects the two honorary presidents of the association. The board is in office for two years. The daily business of the association is run by a full-time administrative office.
